About the position

The IT Desktop Tech, II - Onsite position is responsible for providing high-level IT support to executive clients in a corporate environment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently. The position is contract-to-hire and is based in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• 10 years in IT support
• At least 2 years of experience supporting executive or high-level clients
• Experience in a Fortune 500 or large corporate environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Apple Certified Support) are a plus
• Proficient in Windows, mobile platforms, Office 365, AV equipment, and remote connectivity solutions like VPNs
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
