The technician will be responsible for providing application support, particularly for Windows operating systems and various software applications, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally for internal users. In this hands-on role, the IT Desktop Technician 3 will engage directly with internal customers, requiring a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills. The technician will prioritize tasks effectively, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. This position not only involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues but also includes participating in projects aimed at improving the overall IT infrastructure and user experience. The technician will coordinate the installation and maintenance of desktop software and hardware, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and compliant with UC Health's standards. This includes providing technical expertise and support to end users, with a primary focus on the Windows operating system, the MS Office Suite, and other UC Health-supported applications. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements
