The RWEST IT Developer Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for graduates to explore various IT roles within the energy sector over a two-year period. Starting in Chicago, participants can rotate through multiple locations including the UK, Germany, and Singapore, gaining hands-on experience in application development, enterprise integration, market data solutions, and IT project management. This program is designed to build a strong foundation for a successful career in IT, allowing graduates to work alongside industry experts and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in six-month rotations across various IT functions.
• Collaborate with leading technology companies to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Engage in application development and embedded IT for commercial business.
• Work on enterprise integration and optimize systems with IT and business teams.
• Contribute to market data solutions for decision-making and automated trading.
• Assist in incident management and service requests in central services.
• Involve in IT projects focusing on data and cloud initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar numerate subject like Math or Engineering.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Angular JS, Typescript, or C#.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Passion for IT development and working in a DevOps environment.
• Positive approach to teamwork and enthusiasm for skill development.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.
