Empower AI is seeking an IT Development, Release, and Change Enablement Services Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. This senior-level position is pivotal in providing consulting services to management and professional staff, focusing on the analysis and design of programming systems, problem-oriented languages, management systems, and scientific systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the planning and monitoring of the design, implementation, and checkout of programming systems, while also providing technical direction in solving complex problems.
