The IT Educational Analyst II at Lennox International is responsible for organizing and conducting moderately complex training and educational programs focused on information systems for end-user personnel. This role involves creating and posting communications, implementing Change Management strategies and tactics, and completing various tasks at both the organizational and project levels. The analyst will develop course content, determine teaching methodologies, and conduct training programs, ensuring that the work is reviewed for technical accuracy and adequacy. In this position, the analyst will develop, test, maintain, and deliver courses and materials used in training employees and end users in the use of ERP and other IT business applications. They will establish course content and student learning objectives as needed, prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals, and coordinate the development of training assets. Conducting training sessions and developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities are also key responsibilities. The analyst will continuously update course documentation to ensure its timeliness and relevance, conduct Change and Training needs assessments, and develop eLearning trainings and awareness videos using various Learning & Development tools such as Articulate and Vyond. Additionally, they will create employee-facing communication campaigns and assets, including social media posts, emails, and Quick Reference Guides, and should be comfortable with social media engagement. The role may require up to 25% travel depending on project requirements, and the analyst will manage and maintain training programs such as MDWP Champions, Tech Bytes, and the Makers Program, acting as a Change Advocate throughout the process.
