About the position

The position at CommonSpirit Health involves supporting the management of project scope, schedule, and quality within healthcare applications. The candidate will lead small to medium projects, maintain documentation, and convert traditional courses into online learning formats, all while promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of project scope, schedule, and quality within respective applications.
  • Gather training requirements and conduct workflow walkthroughs.
  • Develop and document internal procedures for application and training.
  • Participate and lead weekly team meetings to discuss project activities and updates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to coordinate project activities.
  • Lead small to medium projects/work plans including issues and decision lists, risks, and status reports.
  • Complete specific task activities for curriculum design, MST build, and optimization tickets.
  • Support team members with application and information systems knowledge.
  • Collaborate with vendor resources for technical build, testing, and migration.
  • Maintain documentation and cookbook for training environments.
  • Convert traditional courses into online learning modes as needed.
  • Develop courses and instructional materials consistent with adult learning theory.
  • Maintain tools and processes to support training program effectiveness.
  • Develop role-based credentialing and assessment programs for trainers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills in a Healthcare environment.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant healthcare experience.
  • Experience with adult learning and curriculum delivery preferred.
  • One or more valid Epic certifications, with a requirement to maintain certification(s).
  • Knowledge of computer technology and software training within Healthcare.
