The IT ERP Project Manager position is designed for a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English, responsible for managing ERP projects within an established IT company in New York City. The role involves providing IT help desk support, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring effective project management related to ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ERP and be able to communicate effectively in both languages to support clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP projects including documentation preparation and customer support.
• Provide IT help desk support to customers in Japanese and English.
• Coordinate with sales and other teams as a Project Manager.
• Work at clients' facilities as needed, utilizing Japanese and English language skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English (native Japanese speaker or N1 proficiency).
• 3+ years of experience in ERP or SAP.
• 2 years of experience in IT company work.
• 1 year of experience specifically with SAP ERP.
• Proficient in using PDF, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
