The IT Project Manager (ERP) position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to lead various initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role is particularly focused on managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects, as well as non-ERP projects, ensuring that all phases of the projects are delivered on time and within budget. In this position, the IT Project Manager will engage in a variety of projects, ranging from small to mid-level, which will not only enhance their project management skills but also expose them to a diverse array of methodologies and technology stacks. The role emphasizes collaboration, as the project manager will work closely with a dedicated project management team, providing leadership and direction to achieve project milestones and deliverables. The hybrid work model allows for flexibility, with two days spent in the modern office located in Cleveland, Ohio, and the remainder of the week working from home. This contract-to-hire position is designed for candidates who are looking for stability and long-term growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, particularly with ERP or SAP systems, and will be adept at managing resources, risks, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
