About the position
The IT & ERP Support Analyst III position is a full-time, contract role focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support for Windows applications and desktop environments. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop technologies, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and documenting all incidents in the ServiceNow system. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT support and a passion for problem-solving in a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level I customer support and troubleshoot desktop and application technologies.
- Resolve low-to-medium complex problems in a Windows-heavy environment.
- Ensure all reported issues are recorded into ServiceNow and are compliant with SLAs.
- Deliver practical solutions to a wide range of applications, technology problems, and issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Windows desktop or service desk experience, including Dell and Lenovo laptops, HP and Datamax printers, and handheld scanners.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, or MS Databases preferred.
- Experience with Level I Network Protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and VPN configurations required.
- Use of Bomgar or other remote control tools and IT certifications or equivalent work experience preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ERP system support for 2 years.
- Hardware troubleshooting experience for 3 years.
