About the position

The IT - Expert Project Manager role at Rose International involves overseeing the integration of data from various vendor applications into the Camlin Sapient platform using Mulesoft. This position requires coordination with technical teams, management of project timelines, and ensuring data flows seamlessly across systems. The role is crucial for translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integration project from concept through completion.
• Coordinate activities between the DTA Web, Foundry, SAP technical team, and Mulesoft developers.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the testing phase of the integration to ensure data accuracy and functionality of the interface.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges related to data integration and interface functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure that the integration adheres to all relevant compliance and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management within IT or software development environments, specifically with data integration projects.
• Understanding of database management and data exchange formats.
• Experience with API development and management.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage complexities under tight deadlines.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or a specific certification related to Mulesoft or other integration technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of substation operations and electrical testing data.
• Prior experience working in the utility or energy sector, particularly with substation management systems.
