About the position
The IT Expert at Emkat Inc. will focus on website development and management, ensuring the company's digital presence is robust and effective. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for SEO.
- Provide technical support for website issues and troubleshoot network and IT infrastructure problems.
- Write, test, and maintain code for web applications and internal tools.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement.
- Develop and implement workflow processes to streamline IT operations.
- Prepare reports on website performance, social media engagement, and IT operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, focusing on website development and management.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems like WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
