About the position

The Facility Manager at Cell Tech Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Charlotte Workshop, which is crucial for the company's mission of enhancing educational experiences through technology. This role involves managing logistics, inventory, repairs, and team dynamics while ensuring operational excellence and adapting to evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all processes of the workshop including logistics, inventory, repairs, and team management.
• Manage and support the workshop team, providing training and guidance.
• Ensure effective use of technological systems that support workshop activities.
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes for increased effectiveness.
• Serve as the key point of contact for school representatives, maintaining strong relationships.
• Handle routine administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and managing records.
• Demonstrate flexibility to handle emergencies and unforeseen challenges, potentially working beyond regular hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in workshop management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Statistics, Graphs & Charts.
• Good knowledge of computer and IT hardware and software.
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on customer service and team management.
• Exceptional crisis management abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
