About the position

Form 10 Group is seeking part-time IT Field Service Technicians to provide on-site support for various IT equipment in state government offices across the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas. The role involves diagnosing and repairing computers, cameras, biometric scanners, printers, and signature pads, ensuring timely resolution of service tickets within specified service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair IT equipment including computers, cameras, biometric scanners, printers, and signature pads.
• Respond to and resolve assigned service tickets in the field within the provided SLA time.
• Submit accurate and complete inventories and reporting.
• Travel to various locations as required for service calls.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT field service responding to break/fix service tickets.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with IT equipment in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and good driving record.
• Sole U.S. citizenship (dual citizenship does not meet requirement).
• Ability to pass an extensive background check.

Nice-to-haves

• A+ Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Hard Drive Imaging, and Network Management.
• Experience with basic tools.
