About the position

Form 10 Group is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for various IT equipment in state government offices across the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas. The role involves diagnosing and repairing computers, cameras, biometric scanners, printers, and signature pads, ensuring timely resolution of service tickets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair IT equipment including computers, cameras, biometric scanners, printers, and signature pads.
• Respond to and resolve assigned service tickets within the provided SLA time.
• Travel to various locations to provide on-site support as needed.
• Submit accurate and complete inventories and reporting of service activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT field service responding to break/fix service tickets.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, including troubleshooting ability.
• Extensive PC hardware experience and familiarity with IT equipment in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and good driving record.
• Sole U.S. citizenship (dual citizenship does not meet requirement).
• Ability to pass an extensive background check.

Nice-to-haves

• A+ Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Hard Drive Imaging, and Network Management.
