About the position

The IT Field Support Technician - Level 1 position is a contract role focused on providing technical support across various satellite offices in the Central Florida area. The technician will be responsible for resolving IT-related issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems, particularly in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support for various sites in Central Florida area.
• Manage and resolve IT related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update computer hardware and software.
• Conduct configuration management and deployments.
• Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory to improve system operations.
• Provide support for Android and Apple devices.
• Stay updated with Citrix Technologies and Cisco Technologies.
• Ensure the smooth operation of Mac Computers within the organization.
• Act as a point of contact for all IT-related queries and concerns.
• Support the IT department in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Must be well-versed with Cisco Technologies.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is necessary.
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft software and systems.
• Experience with Active Directory management and operations.
• Ability to handle and resolve issues related to Apple Devices.
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Experience in Configuration Management is needed.
• Must have hands-on experience with IT Deployments.
