About the position

The IT Field Technician will provide on-site technical support, focusing on troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues and ensuring optimal performance of computer hardware and software systems. This role involves traveling to various hospitals and clinics to assist with device mapping, hardware refresh, and testing of applications.

Responsibilities

• Travel to site-specific hospitals and clinics to support device mapping and hardware refresh.
• Conduct Epic 'TDR' script testing to ensure correct application installation.
• Verify that PCs are named and labeled correctly.
• Ensure PCs are Epic configured.
• Test workstations, peripherals, and Epic test cases applicable to the device per the test script.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in computer hardware support.
• 2 years of help desk experience.
• 2 years of experience in software troubleshooting.
