The IT Finance Analyst position is a critical role within the IT Finance Team, reporting directly to the office of the CIO. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are eager to take on challenges that allow them to make a significant impact. The IT Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing various financial aspects related to IT expenses, including the creation of purchase requisitions, processing goods receipts, and managing telecom expenses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial analysis or accounting background, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to follow through on tasks and responsibilities. In this role, the IT Finance Analyst will create purchase requisitions using SAP, ensuring that each requisition is tracked through the approval process until a purchase order is generated. Once goods or services are received, the analyst will process goods receipts to maintain accurate financial records. A key responsibility will be managing telecom expenses, which includes reviewing run rates and performing variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy. The analyst will also be tasked with reforecasting and rephasing expenses on a monthly basis, collaborating with senior-level stakeholders across various functions to provide insights and support. The IT Finance Analyst will analyze both current and historical financial data to prepare comprehensive reports and projections on a monthly basis. This includes evaluating capital expenditures and depreciation, tracking financial data, and alerting stakeholders to any variances that may arise. It is essential that all financial tasks and processes adhere to Corporate Finance policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial dealings.
