The Financial Systems Implementation Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of financial systems within the finance group. This position requires a deep understanding of business requirements for new software systems and enhancements to existing platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating these requirements and ensuring that the systems implemented meet the needs of the organization effectively. The role demands extensive experience in defining, testing, and implementing system changes and upgrades, particularly in high-demand environments. Candidates should be skilled in engaging with business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and by leveraging existing systems documentation and procedures to extract necessary information for successful implementation. In this role, you will lead the implementation and support of finance systems, specifically focusing on Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). Your responsibilities will include gathering systems requirements, defining project scopes, conducting testing, providing training, and supporting the implementation process. You will also manage systems implementation projects and programs, ensuring adherence to process guidelines, policies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading training sessions for internal users and supporting integrated releases and production deployments. Identifying areas of potential business risk and creating, maintaining, and scheduling procedures and reports will also be key components of your role.
