About the position

The IT Fraud Business Analyst will play a crucial role in a financial services company by collaborating with delivery teams and technology stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable analysis artifacts. This hybrid position requires the analyst to be onsite three days a week and will focus on the software development of fraud-related systems, primarily written in Java. The role is expected to last for 6-12 months and is open to local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into analysis artifacts.
• Participate actively in all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood and documented.
• Focus on software development of fraud-related systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with SDLC in Agile methodology
• Experience with fraud-related applications
• Experience with payment processing systems (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Agile (Required)
• 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (Required)
• 2 years of experience working with fraud applications (Required)
