About the position

The IT Functional Analyst III at Swift Beef Company is responsible for developing and implementing analytics applications to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role involves interfacing with business process owners to enhance application functionality, conducting research for improved solutions, and delivering high-quality system configurations that align with business requirements. The analyst will also provide global production support within SAP ECC and act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information.
• Interface with business process owners to learn and improve business processes.
• Research and propose alternative or improved solutions, including cost-benefit analysis.
• Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration.
• Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing support, including training and job aids development.
• Develop documentation for systems and processes.
• Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans.
• Perform unit testing as required.
• Provide global production support within SAP ECC.
• Support projects for SAP S/4 as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1 year with a Master's degree.
• Experience with SAP ECC FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-FA, and associated submodule integration.
• Cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, and CO modules.
• Experience managing SAP data migration solutions utilizing tools IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW, and SAP Migration.
