About the position

The IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Program Manager will be a key member of the IT Security and Controls team, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the information security program. This role involves collaborating across the enterprise to align business and cyber risk programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the data governance framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the information security program and risk controls function.
• Collaborate and drive business and cyber risk program alignment across the enterprise.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing support for security measures to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Manage the enterprise-wide data governance framework, focusing on improving organizational policies and standards.
• Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects to budget, including audits and business process control reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security, privacy, and information protection leadership.
• Experience in IT Security & Controls policy and compliance enforcement.
• Security or control-related certification required (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, GISP).
• Experience in scoping, planning, and driving technology development projects.
• Experience in creating and enforcing security policies for the Enterprise and Suppliers.
