About the position

The Client Onboarding Associate at Novatech is responsible for supporting clients in the greater Lafayette area by providing exceptional customer service and technical support. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing copiers and network connectivity, installing equipment on-site, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically minded, and possesses strong problem-solving skills, contributing to Novatech's mission of delivering high-quality IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to repair and troubleshoot copiers and network connectivity
• Following procedures for removal and delivery of equipment
• Installing equipment on-site and making necessary adjustments
• Providing outstanding customer service to clients
• Managing inventory
• Demonstrating strong technical and customer relations skills
• Performing basic network connectivity and installations
• Accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and accessories to optimum operating condition
• Identifying the most cost-effective troubleshooting procedures

Requirements

• Experience resolving customer issues
• A proven attendance history and a strong desire to excel
• Copier/printer service experience is a plus
• A valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
