About the position
The IT Help Desk Specialist at Securitas Technology is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with various IT projects as needed.
- Provide onsite and remote support for users.
- Maintain physical inventory and ticket assignment in Service Now.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of end users.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 1-3 years experience within IT preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers as needed.
- Occasional lifting of parts and equipment as needed.
