The IT Help Desk Support Technician will provide desktop support to Sterling IT Services' small business clients in the Denver/Front Range area. This role involves both remote and on-site work, requiring travel to various client locations. The technician will handle a range of IT tasks including PC installations, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor support, while also having the opportunity to work on virtualization projects and server installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to small business clients in the Denver area.
• Perform PC installations and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Handle software vendor support calls.
• Work on virtualization projects and server installations.
• Create efficient HelpDesk processes and workflows.
• Develop a knowledge base for IT support.
• Interact with clients' staff, management, and owners to deliver IT services.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Desktop Support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft or VMware certifications.
