About the position

The IT Help Desk Support role is focused on providing technical assistance and support to users within the assigned school cluster. The position involves monitoring support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with higher-level support to resolve complex technical problems. The role is essential for ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned support tickets for designated locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 support and Subject Matter Experts to address advanced technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Specialist/Manager as the first point of contact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in IT support.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is required.
  • Proficient understanding of network infrastructure and wireless support.
  • Prior experience with Desk Side support is mandatory.
  • Microsoft Windows certification is a plus.
  • ITIL experience or certification is a plus.
  • Must have a clean criminal record and the ability to pass a fingerprint background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have a dependable personal vehicle.
  • Minimum of an associate degree is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ITIL framework.
  • Microsoft Windows certification.

Benefits
