About the position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Help Desk Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing technical support to end-users, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office products. This role will involve troubleshooting, setting up, and maintaining PCs, as well as managing user accounts in Microsoft Azure AD. The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for purchasing and deploying new PCs across the organization. In this position, you will provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics users, resolving technical issues related to the Dynamics platform to ensure smooth operation. You will handle user account registration and management in Microsoft Azure Active Directory, managing access permissions, security settings, and user roles in Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, you will research, recommend, and purchase new PCs according to company needs and standards, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of hardware. You will set up new PCs, including hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup, while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for PC-related issues to ensure minimal downtime. Furthermore, you will offer technical assistance and support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), conducting training sessions or creating documentation to help users maximize their productivity with Office tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT support role, with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user account management.
  • Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting PCs, including hardware and software components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
