About the position

The IT Help Desk Technician at FII USA, Inc. is responsible for providing technical support to various departments within the organization. This role involves resolving end-user issues, installing and configuring software, and managing hardware and software inventories. The technician will work in an office/production environment and will have opportunities to develop critical thinking skills while contributing to the company's smart manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve End Users Issue & request
  • Install & configure Fii approved Software
  • Identify, resolve or escalate software & hardware issues to proper Team(s)
  • Image & Deploy Laptops & Desktops for Office and Production use
  • Instruct New Hires how to back up their Data to OneDrive
  • Instruct New Hires how to contact Help Desk with issues & requests
  • Manage & support MDM systems
  • Work in Active Directory to Create & Manage user login accounts
  • Maintain Team Inventory, Software & Hardware Databases
  • Create & modify SOPs, and other Documentation (application forms etc)
  • Update Software library
  • Support & Maintain Conference room Conferencing equipment
  • Research & answer other Fii Departments Technical questions
  • Perform Inventories & Audits
  • Maintain MES accounts and access
  • Provide Support to Corp. Events
  • Act as go between for third party-Partner accounts
  • Help Maintain Printers by changing Tonners & Ink, Call in for repair
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree or equivalent
  • 2-year Technical School/Associate s Degree
  • 1 year experience in related field
