About The Position
We have great opportunities for a customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician (IT Support Center Technician) to join our talented team. Support Center Technicians are key in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues or questions related to our franchisees' use of the Company's proprietary and third-party software. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team that provides comprehensive franchisee support.
