About the position

The IT Help Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, primarily through phone and email. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The position is hybrid, requiring some in-office presence in Battle Ground, WA, while also allowing for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows and Office applications is a must.
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, and Azure is a plus.
  • 1 year of help desk experience preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with Windows preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with Azure preferred.
