About the position

The IT Help Desk Technician will support and maintain organizational computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals in Chandler, AZ. This role involves providing technical support to both remote and onsite customers, ensuring effective resolution of issues while demonstrating leadership and ownership of customer concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1 first point of contact support for IT issues.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership of customer issues.
  • Provide escalation for severe problems or calls exceeding target resolution times.
  • Support the 7/24 Global Support process.
  • Deliver Helpdesk, Deskside, and Walkup hardware and software support as needed.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3 years of onsite IT customer service experience supporting remote and onsite customers.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Technical degree preferred (undergraduate or 2-year degree acceptable).
  • Strong computer skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of experience with ServiceNow.

Benefits

  • Full-time contract position with a pay range of $29.00 - $34.00 per hour.
  • Potential for conversion to permanent position after 12 months.
