Responsibilities

  • Assisting end users directly or remotely with PC support issues.
  • Troubleshooting printing issues and providing support for the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Managing VPN connectivity and assisting with Break/Fix/Replacement tasks.
  • Imaging computers and installing software as needed.
  • Conducting asset tagging and inventory activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of user support experience, including help desk or deskside support.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and knowledge of computer technology/systems.
  • Proficiency in basic PC troubleshooting, printer issues, Office Suite, VPN, Windows OS, imaging computers, and Autodesk products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working experience with Intune.
  • Experience in remote desktop support (TeamViewer).
  • Active Directory user administration/setup experience.
  • Knowledge of engineering software is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
