About The Position
The IT Helpdesk Administrator at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) is responsible for leading the helpdesk operations, assisting both on-site and remote staff with technology tools, and ensuring effective IT support across the hospital. This role involves responding to service requests, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the inventory of hardware and software. The administrator will also manage user accounts and support daily IT operations, while acting as a backup for the IT Systems Administrator.
