About The Position
The IT Helpdesk Administrator at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) is responsible for leading the helpdesk operations, assisting both on-site and remote staff with technology tools, and resolving service requests. This role involves planning and coordinating the setup and maintenance of computing devices, managing software licenses, and supporting daily IT operations. The administrator will also back up the IT Systems Administrator and help monitor network activity, ensuring the security and robustness of NRHN's infrastructure.
