Qoverage in Dallas, TX is looking to hire a FULL-TIME IT Helpdesk and Field Service Technician to join our Technical Services Team, providing world-class service to our clients. This role includes remote IT Helpdesk (75%) and on-site client service visits (25%), for IT device and network setup, troubleshooting, administration, and configuration. The technician will support remote IT project engineers by performing on-site work according to Qoverage technical standards and industry best practices. Project work could include physical installation of servers, routers, firewalls, switches, access points, and wiring (but no construction or "ladder work"). As a member of our team, you will be part of a fun, friendly, and growing high-performance IT managed services provider. We promote a culture of teamwork and healthy working relationships between employees and our leadership team. The position works during regular business hours of 8am-5pm Central Standard Time (CST, UTC-6:00), Monday through Friday. Occasionally, you will be required to perform tasks and/or address urgent matters outside of regular business hours as needed, including support escalations and reactive support. IT services may be performed at various client sites throughout the DFW region. Remote attendance to daily team meetings is required, as well as bi-weekly meetings with the Service Manager.
