Responsibilities

  • Manage the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize business value and enhance customer experience.
  • Create strategies for the technology portfolio and develop innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders.
  • Analyze customer experiences on commercial technologies and integrate customer perspectives into design and management.
  • Interface with Customer Service and Marketing teams to gather customer insights and recommend enhancements to technologies.
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or on-site troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and answer questions.
  • Work with Product Owners and Development Teams to understand business purposes and customer workflows.
  • Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, staying updated on trends and best practices.
  • Leverage critical thinking skills to build solutions that enable global consistency and facilitate exceptional performance.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of IT or clinical setting experience preferred.
  • Some college or higher education preferred.
  • Ability to apply basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks.
  • Experience working on projects of limited scope and complexity.
  • Ability to follow established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems.
  • Ability to work under direct supervision and receive detailed instructions.
  • Develop competence by performing structured work assignments.
