Transfr, a leader in the virtual reality educational and training software industry, is currently seeking a full-time, well-rounded, onsite IT Helpdesk member who will be responsible for providing helpdesk support in a shared team environment and provide excellent service to Transfr employees and other internal staff operating remote within the United States and internationally. Our company is scaling at hyper speed. Effective operations and robust technology frameworks are a critical component to keeping us on pace with our aggressive growth goals. In this role, you will have a direct impact by helping us take our current processes, operational framework, and IT practices to the next level by working cohesively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced ever evolving startup environment as our first internal helpdesk hire. This role requires the ability to work from the company's Draper, Utah office.
