This role will be responsible to reimagine the employee experience, including space management, finding, and implementing new tech and tools, and helping employees adjust to those changes. Also tasked with management of the Service Desk and the internal/external personnel that support it. This position will have a diversified background of technical experience, demonstrated project management acumen, excellent vendor management skills, plus a superior, service-oriented approach to Service Delivery. As a member of the IT technology leadership team, this role contributes globally to the development and execution of the Technology strategy and ensures its alignment with the enterprise's IT and business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.
