About the position

The IT/HR Specialist will support the Assistant Manager for Business and Financial Operations in the Workforce Management Division at Edgewater Technical Associates. This role involves the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, data management for new Federal staff, and various HR-related tasks. The specialist will also assist with data analysis, awards management, and training activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AMB SharePoint page and assist divisions in SharePoint site development.
  • Coordinate and synchronize AMB SharePoint sites and maintain the WFM intranet webpage.
  • Perform quarterly reviews of the WFM intranet webpage for accuracy and updates.
  • Data entry of new Federal staff members into HPC and manage their profiles in PopFon.
  • Notify DOE Visitor Control of staff movements and request new office locations in ESS.
  • Review and resolve anomalies in HPC Nightly Load Errors Report and Monthly Multiple Profiles Report.
  • Assist new employees with populating their ESS profiles and manage GSSC staff data entry.
  • Create and manage reports in the Human Resources Reporting Application (HRRA).
  • Assist with data analysis, training, and staffing support as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint Sites and WebPages.
  • An associate degree in business or a technology related field.
  • Four years of experience in employee and labor relations.
  • Four years of experience using Microsoft related programs in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of the Hanford Site's goals, objectives, and functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe and Adobe Pro applications.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct complex work.
