As an IT HRIS/HRIC Solutions Data Architect at World Wide Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data architecture that supports critical HR business processes. Your primary responsibility will be to model, design, and frame business scenarios that are meaningful and impactful to HR operations. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of analysts, developers, data engineers, architects, and data scientists to align technical solutions with the stated HR business problems. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, incentive compensation, performance management, and compliance, as well as experience with HR data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. In this position, you will develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling, matching algorithms, and exploratory data science. You will be responsible for preparing accurate database design and architecture reports and diagrams for management and executive teams, ensuring that all designs adhere to company and regulatory data privacy requirements. You will also validate deliverables to ensure they meet architectural design standards and maintain the company's data quality by actively evaluating data processing for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, consistency, and validity. Your role will also involve building relationships with business and development teams, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance data maturity, and communicating with key stakeholders to solicit feedback and input on potential process improvements.
