Responsibilities

• Oversee IT system implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate project resources, timelines, and communication, escalating issues when necessary.
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
• Track key milestones, adjusting plans and resources to align with customer needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT opportunities.
• Manage project scope, budget, risk, and resource alignment across the organization.
• Apply project management methodologies, change management techniques, and resource management practices across initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing IT system implementations
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
• Experience in overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
• Experience establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies
• Experience assembling project plans and teamwork assignments
• Experience tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans/resources
• Experience coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise
• Experience working with Program Manager(s) and senior management
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with cloud-based software applications like PCard Works
