The IT Infra Network Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing network operations within a large-scale, multi-site, international environment. This position requires a strong background in networking, particularly in Layer 2 Ethernet switching and Layer 3 routing, as well as experience with data center virtualization. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring high availability of network infrastructure solutions, which includes the design and implementation of various network components and protocols. The role demands expertise in WAN circuits and dynamic IP routing protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, BGP, and PIM Multicast. Familiarity with the latest hardware and operating systems, including IOS-XR, NX-OS, EOS, Junos, and products from Arista and Mellanox, is essential. The engineer will also work with inter-AS connectivity technologies like eBGP, MPLS, eVPN, and VRF, as well as data center fabrics and technologies like VxLAN and BGP EVPN. Hands-on experience with Arista Cloud Vision products, high availability protocols, and global server load balancing technologies is required. The engineer will also be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of next-generation firewalls, specifically the Palo Alto suite of products. Additionally, understanding Cisco VPN technologies and experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower is necessary. The role will involve network management, availability, and capacity management, as well as experience with Citrix NetScaler load balancers and F5 (GTM). The ideal candidate will also have experience with SDWAN, DHCP, DNS, and Linux, along with automation skills using Python or Salt stack. Professional networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are considered a plus.
