We believe at PAQ, Inc. that our Employee Owners are our most valuable asset, and we currently have an opening for the position of IT Infrastructure Administrator at our RSC Lodi location. This is a full-time, exempt position that reports directly to the Director of Information Technology. The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for coordinating and executing system migrations, providing administration and maintenance of end-user computers, and implementing software updates. The role involves supporting, monitoring, and maintaining servers (both cloud and local), desktop systems, applications, firewalls, switches, and routers, ensuring adherence to industry best practices to meet business objectives. The administrator will ensure that all PAQ production systems, databases, and file servers are properly backed up and tested according to PAQ IT policies. Additionally, the role includes managing Managed Service Providers (MSP) and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure they meet or exceed performance goals, acting as an escalation point for any issues that may arise. The IT Infrastructure Administrator will also establish, maintain, and document information security roles and access privileges for all organizational IT assets, perform security audits, and monitor performance to minimize outages to business operations. The position requires participation in planning and making recommendations for infrastructure strategies and architecture to align with business priorities and project needs. Reporting on system performance metrics and project progress to senior management is also a key responsibility. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
