About the position

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be a key member of the Operations Delivery team, responsible for designing, deploying, validating, and implementing scalable IT solutions across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security domains. This role emphasizes maintaining and upgrading various infrastructure components, ensuring they operate efficiently and in line with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and deployment of scalable IT solutions.
• Validate and implement infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security solutions.
• Maintain and upgrade infrastructure components including servers, email systems, storage, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage remote access systems and network management systems according to established processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Stack including Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and Meraki & CISCO.
• Virtualization experience with VMware Technologies and CITRIX.
• Experience managing on-premises and hosted data center environments.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Cloud Migration and Transformation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Economics and Optimization.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with managed service providers and operational management.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure, Cisco CCNA, and Checkpoint CCSA.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016/Office 365.
