About The Position

Align is seeking a recent college graduate for an entry-level IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator position. This role is part of an 18-month rotational training program designed to provide exposure to various technologies and industries, ultimately preparing the individual to grow into an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. The position focuses on IT physical infrastructure design and build-out, involving hands-on project coordination, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or an IT-related field.
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware installation, including security devices and AV equipment.
• Technical proficiency in configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting technology solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for project coordination and client interaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and presentations.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant industry experience in Data Center, Cloud, or Workplace Technology.
• Internship or work experience related to data centers or workplace technology implementation.
• Familiarity with data center operations or build-out.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in delivering professional services solutions, including hands-on IT equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Create professional documentation in support of the pre-sales process using strong writing and analytical skills.
• Perform administrative tasks to support project managers, including scheduling and task coordination.
• Engage in physical installation and configuration of technology related to workplace technology and data center projects.
• Assist in project management tasks, including proposal development, client administration, and documentation of project work.
• Attend client construction meetings as a technology representative and document follow-ups.
• Manage purchasing and tracking of equipment and materials required for projects.
