About the position

The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure projects within Monument Health. This role involves collaborating with the Construction Department and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative IT solutions that align with business goals and long-term strategies. The position requires managing projects from conception through to completion, including scope definition, budget management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects in collaboration with facilities leaders and construction architects.
• Communicate and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Work with acquisition teams to identify and implement IT infrastructure needs for newly acquired entities.
• Assist in project initiation and align projects with business objectives.
• Negotiate scope, resources, and schedule changes with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve production problems, developing effective solutions.
• Maintain an understanding of healthcare business processes and emerging technological trends to design innovative IT solutions.
• Understand Monument Health's IT infrastructure architecture and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or Management Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Computer/Information Technology.
