About the position

The IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Monument Health is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with business goals and long-term strategies. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Construction Department, to design and implement innovative IT solutions for system construction projects. The position encompasses all aspects of project management, from initial concept through to final implementation, including scope definition, budget management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects in collaboration with facilities leaders and construction architects.
• Communicate and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Work with acquisition teams to identify and implement IT infrastructure needs for newly acquired entities.
• Assist in project initiation and align projects with business objectives.
• Negotiate scope, resources, and schedule changes with stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze production problems, developing solutions to resolve them.
• Maintain an understanding of healthcare business processes and technological trends to design innovative IT solutions.
• Understand Monument Health's IT infrastructure architecture and technology.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve production problems effectively.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare business processes and IT technology trends.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
