About the position

The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large, complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills to interface with federal customers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of project results while maintaining project schedules and facilitating effective collaboration among various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
• Interface directly with Federal customers & management at multiple levels
• Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
• Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, Ordering, Implementation, Tracking, Billing, Systems
• Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
• Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
• Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
• Drive timely delivery of results in accordance with project timelines, working through any hurdles that may arise.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree & at least 5 yrs demonstrated experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders
• Strong demonstrated Communications skills, dealing with key customers at management levels both written and verbally
• Familiarity with VOIP telecommunications services
