About the position
The IT Infrastructure Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of infrastructure security operations within the company. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of infrastructure assets, developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in security management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all infrastructure security operations and personnel.
- Develop and implement infrastructure security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage IT team(s) providing leadership and guidance to individual contributors and potentially supervisor(s).
- Oversee and execute tactical implementation of departmental strategies to achieve goals in alignment with departmental IT strategy.
- Accountable for the performance and results of department team.
- Assess departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Identify and solve technical and operational problems; understand broader impact across the department.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure security management.
