Responsibilities

• Perform basic programming functions related to telecommunications.
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve system or service malfunctions.
• Work with financial personnel to ensure proper billing of services ordered and installed.
• Review vendor equipment literature and make recommendations to agency management.
• Physically install, remove, or troubleshoot telecommunications equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science or related field.
• Two years of related technical and business experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work with telecommunications equipment and perform data entry.
• Excellent communication skills and regular attendance.
