About the position
The IT Intern for the Digital Technology team at Cintas will manage and implement digital marketing initiatives that align with the company's enterprise business goals. This role involves assisting in the design and optimization of public websites, collaborating with vendors and divisional marketing teams, executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive actionable insights. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a Fortune 500 company while contributing to lead generation through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development and optimization of Cintas public websites
- Partner with outside vendors to help drive Google Paid Search and Local Search activity
- Partner with divisional marketing teams to help drive their digital marketing campaigns
- Execute digital marketing campaigns that generate leads for Cintas sales reps
- Analyze data within digital analytics tools to drive actionable insights and recommendations
- Learn, understand and apply industry standards and best practices
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program in digital marketing, computer science, information systems, or other IT/Marketing-related field
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in digital marketing and website management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic
